Arrival day	80% of the accommodation charge
No notice / no-show	100% of the accommodation charge

For bookings made through an online travel agency (OTA), that booking website's cancellation policy applies.

Applies to group reservations accepted on or after Friday, February 6, 2026.

5 or more rooms	From the same calendar date one month before the stay begins: 100% cancellation charge
Payment: bank transfer in principle	Please transfer payment within one week of making your reservation. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, payment is due on the next banking business day.

Cancellation charges are calculated on the accommodation charges for the entire reserved stay.
The room count is based on reservations at the same hotel with the same check-in date.
“One month before” means the same calendar date in the month preceding the start of your stay.
Example: for a stay starting March 20, the reference date is February 20.
