Applies to bookings made on or after Tuesday, September 1, 2026
Before the change (through August 31, 2026)
- 9–2 days before arrival: 40% of the accommodation charge
- 1 day before arrival through the arrival day: 80% of the accommodation charge
- No notice / no-show: 100% of the accommodation charge
After the change (from September 1, 2026)
- Day before arrival: 50% of the accommodation charge
- Arrival day: 80% of the accommodation charge
- No notice / no-show: 100% of the accommodation charge
The cancellation policy for group bookings remains unchanged.
5 or more rooms, from one month before arrival: 100% of the accommodation charge
For bookings made through an online travel agency (OTA), that booking website's cancellation policy applies.
