A new system will launch in October 2023 to improve our point card service.
We apologize that all services on the current point card will be suspended from April to September 2023.
Points that would expire during the suspension will automatically be extended for one year from the launch of the new system, so none will expire during this period.
The launch has changed from August to October.
You will need to transfer from the existing card or LINE functions to an online member page. As an apology, we will add 1,000 points when you complete the transfer after the new system launches.
During the suspension only, members may request cash redemption at 70% of their point balance: 10,000 points = JPY 7,000. A minimum of 1,000 points is required.
Cash redemption is not available at individual hotels. Download the application form here, apply in advance by email and visit the Points Department office to redeem.
Please bring a driver's license or other identification, as your identity must be verified when you visit.
We apologize for the inconvenience during the suspension. The new system will improve our service with membership status levels that make earning points easier as you use our hotels.
