New Basic Cancellation Policy
The new basic cancellation policy is as follows.
1–9 rooms
Cancellation the day before arrival: 50% of the booking charge
Cancellation on the arrival day: 100% of the booking charge
No-show: 100% of the booking charge
10 or more rooms
Cancellation 14 days before arrival: 50% of the booking charge
Cancellation 10 days before arrival: 100% of the booking charge
No-show: 100% of the booking charge
For cancellation policy purposes, rooms are counted at the same hotel with the same check-in date.
If further cancellations occur after a partial cancellation, the original number of rooms booked is used.
Cancellation policies may differ for certain plans and booking websites.
